In his acceptance speech, Giovanni Ferrero, Chief Executive Officer of Ferrero stated “Ferrero has always cared deeply about social issues, the environment, food safety and the welfare of the local communities in which we operate around the world. As an example, Ferrero has started a special project called “Imprese Sociali”, social enterprise, which is designed to improve the quality of life in some of the most remote regions worldwide. And we are very committed to make that a success. We started two years ago in South Africa, now we are starting the operation on the social enterprise in India and China. We did it in Cameroon two years ago, so we are proud to say that our commitment in terms of entrepreneurial values has to do with the high dimension of ethical commitment to work for the benefit of our community and that is what I wanted to say. These positive outlets help students turn negative aggression, feelings, stresses and emotions into positive energy and healthy respectful behavior.

Ferrero U.S.A, Inc., through the Tic Tac® brand, is proud to partner with CancerCare® on the brand's Shake, Share & Care campaign, which helps support breast cancer awareness during the month of October each year. CancerCare is a national nonprofit organization that provides free, professional support services to anyone affected by cancer: people with cancer, caregivers, children, loved ones, and the bereaved. CancerCare services, including counseling and support groups, education, financial assistance and pratical help, are provided by professional oncology social workers and are completely free of charge.
